Uttar Pradesh: The passengers are facing the trouble due to the non movment of the Railways. The Jats are still on their Dharna and becoming a Headache for the people since March 5. They are doing the stir on the Railway tracks and the tracks have been jammed. Lots of Trains either have been cancelled or short terminated.
The rush in the UP roadways' buses has gone up. Because of rush, people are forced to doing their travel on the rooftops of the buses or by any other transportation.On Friday, the high court of Allahabad directed the Uttar Pradesh goverment and the Northern Railways to clear the tracks where the Jat Arakshan Sangharsh Samiti have been sitting. The stir is becoming a major headache for the people who want to return their home at Holi on Sunday.
Yashpal Mallick, leader of the Jat Arakshan sangharsh Samiti said that they would not buckle under the pressure, he even said that they would stop Delhi and NCR roadways too if their demand would not get fulfilled. The Jats are demanding 5 per cent reservation Under the OBC quota in central goverment jobs.
