India: A Banglore based National Aerospace Laboratories is trying to devlop a 90-seater aircraft which can fly, land and take off in smaller airports and require infrastructure. Their aim is to make an aircraft that can fly in the range of 2,000 km.
The director of the National Aerospace Laboratories said that the aircraft could be use to establish air services in small cities and can connect the district headquarters. The development of the aircraft could be costs around 4,000 crores.
The aircraft's maiden flight would be possible about four and a half years after it is approved.
