Mumbai: The 12 percent of daily flights cancelled by Air India Ltd. due to a section of pilots went on strike on Wednesday. Some Passengers of these cancelled flights have been accommodated in other flights.

A strike notice on 23 Feb 2011 had given by (ICPA) Indian Commercial Pilots Association of erstwhile Indian Airlines which was demanding higher emoluments and parity in pay.
